I like taking my car here. It's hard for me to go to new places so I'm glad I'm established here. I have mostly dealt with Nick and he is great. I don't really have anyone to pick me up, so I always wait in the waiting room. They have a TV with digital cable and you can change the channel. I watched \Interstellar\ there the other day. Hopefully the other patrons who came later weren't mad at the choice. It took a little while because I needed an oil change and checkup and then a new alternator once they found in the checkup that it was about to die. It only took 2.5 hours though, which isn't bad at all. Normally it takes about 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change. Info for anxious people like me: the service area is on the north side by Salem Road. You can park in one of the spots near the garage. Then you go in a side door next to the garage doors. Usually there is someone at one of the desks to help you but if not, just wait a couple minutes. Then if you're waiting, the waiting area is through sliding doors that are next to the door you first came through. They will come and get you when they're done, or, they will call you if you dropped the car off. They park your car off to the side of the garage when it's done. All the employees were wearing masks last week (1/6/21), but I saw several people (employees and patrons) with them only over their mouths which is a little .

The service team at Clements was amazing. We were traveling through town on the Friday of a Labor Day weekend and we noticed smoke coming from our wheel. We were fortunate to pull off the interstate and limp our vehicle to a service station (Not this one, in fact we went to two and were turned away). Fortunately, we noticed the Chevrolet dealership across the parking lot from Tires Plus and thought it was worth asking even though our vehicle wasn’t a Chevrolet. From the moment we walked in, all of the staff was empathetic to our situation and rallied to help us get back on the road. The service tech borrowed us his personal vehicle to locate parts in town and the knowledgeable mechanic shifted his work load onto another mechanic because he knew how to fix our issue. The customer service manager was provided by the direction of the owners to make it all happen. Within 2 hours we were back on the road. I will definitely be planning on making my way back....in the meantime, if you’re looking for a dealership with great people it’s this one. (And for the record I don’t right reviews lightly)
