UPDATE: they made scheduling a correction super easy and the service was great at the second appointment. When I had my correction performed I got exactly what I asked for. It looks great and I’m so pleased. What was previously a 2 star review is now 4 stars! Much improved! I recently scheduled an all over color and foil service. I identified this at the time of scheduling. I also identified that I wanted my hair to have an artistry service of rose gold coloring. The receptionist put me on hold to check if the stylist was able to do this. She came back confirmed this was possible and scheduled the appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. Due to COVID they asked me to wait in my vehicle, but I was not texted to come in until 20 minutes after my appointment start time. When I showed the stylist 4-5 pictures of what I wanted. She looked at my thick brown curly hair and I told her I’d leave it up to her on how to achieve a combination of these looks. When she explained her plan, I was a bit confused but having never been to this salon before and not being a colorist I chose to trust her. At the end I ended up with sporadic foils throughout my hair to which she added rose gold coloring at the rinse bowl. I spent the last 4 days staring in the mirror trying to like the end result, but I still am not liking the outcome. It is nothing like what I showed the stylist with the pictures. The salon was closed Sunday and Monday (appointment was last Friday) so I couldn’t call to inquire about a service correction yet. I really don’t like conflict and confrontation - I’m hoping that they do the right thing when I call for a service correction but I will have to update my review after that fact.
Excellent salon with excellent employees. They're definitely an upscale salon with fair prices and the staff is so down to earth. Also love their products which are not only affordable but much better than their competitors like Bumble & Bumble and Aveda. As someone who used to frequent Cole's Salon, this is the only place that I trust and will frequent from now on.
It's always a positive experience for me. They are friendly, professional and listen to what you tell them! I'm loving my new haircut and color!
I Love Rocco's!! Been going there for about 15 years or more. Although, I was very disappointed to find out i was no able to get my cl ay pac products that I absolutely love & tell people to try all the time
