Lovely staff, nice clean and efficient place. Aimee who cut my hair was friendly and very good at her job. She made me feel at ease and comfortable and cut my hair exactly how i wanted. A shout out also to the manageress Lauren. She obviously is good at her job as the place seemed to be running like clockwork. She was also a very nice sight to behold at front of house. Well done Aimee and Lauren keep up the great work .

Having been here a while ago and receiving a not so great haircut, after an email reminder, I thought I would try them again. Very covid friendly, felt safe (shame reviews are focusing on this for 2020). The product they use made my hair feel soft and shiny, and Chloe gave a lovely head massage whilst she washed my hair. Then Brandon was left to his own devices to chop and do what he wanted with my hair, and is the only person brave enough to leave in my natural curls, which generally cannot be tamed. He styled my hair with a slightly untamed look that made me feel like I had a modern and manageable style. I will be going back.
I have been to this hairdressers in Weston Favell for a few years, from the salon downstairs, to their new salon upstairs. From all the hairdressers, to the receptionist, they are all amazing. From being welcomed into the salon, to being seated in the chair, you are made to feel comfortable. They are so friendly, before covid they would offer you a hot drink too. I always leave there, feeling Fabulous. I would recommend them to everyone. My Son gets his haircut there too.
I arrived on spec to see if I could get an appointment, I was welcomed in in a very professional manner, Yes I could be seen as someone else had failed to show up, I had my temperature taken, hand gel was available, the stylist even helped me with my shopping. Once seated in a clean airy cubicle and my hair choice sorted, the stylist answered my questions, gave solutions, all the while maintaining a safe cutting distance, I felt very reassured and calm, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all I spoke to, I will be coming back
