I lived in Pitt County for short time. Then moved back up north. I needed some certified records from the county court urgently and couldn't get anyone to get them. I called the company someone picked-up. That experience was cordial and direct. We negotiated the terms and settled on a date for completion. I paid my bill online. Then I got what I needed. I'm very happy with the service. That being said - I Highly recommend !

Don't waste your time calling this guy. He's rude and unprofessional. In our short conversation I could tell he isn't any kind of investigator. Probably couldn't find his way out of a paper bag.

When I first contacted this business, the man that answered was very nice and knowledgeable. However, I had to contact him several times to obtain updates as to the service. Our office never received an affidavit of service/non-service, he never returned the witness fee check (person was never served), never sent a bill for his services for which he was paid for and cashed the check. His invoice is needed for our office records. I'm giving him one star because it would not let me post without it otherwise I will not give this business a star.

A complete waste of my time. Contacted this person by phone and had a nice conversation. We talked about my needs and the cost of his service. I was asked to send as much information about the person I wanted investigated as I could. I did so and sent all my contact info such as phone number and email address. Was asked to wait at least 24 hours for a response. That's been about a month ago and haven't gotten a reply yet. Would not ever bother with him again. Wouldn't even have given 1 star but this review wouldn't let me.
