I have become aware of the egregious misconduct of this office in the death penalty cases of Brown and McCullom, two men wrongfully convicted and sentenced to DEATH while then DA Britt engaged in prosecutorial misconduct. What a disgrace! And, the real killer who killed yet another girl while the local cops were trying to pin this crime on the wrong people has essentially admitted doing it and he also LEFT DNA EVIDENCE AT THE SCENE! The State Supreme Court is also complicit in this miscarriage of justice, as are Robeson Law Enforcement officials who essentially coerced confessions from mentally deficient suspects. Absolutely, this case is the worst example of public disservice I've ever seen!

FELONY possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm by a minor, possession of a stolen vehicle, felony B&E, larceny, probation violation, DWLR, burglary, possession of a firearm by a felon, discharge of a firearm from a moving vehicle, discharge of a firearm within city limits, assault causing serious bodily harm/injury, communicating threats, possession of a stolen firearm, felony conspiracy, and the list goes on. Many times this thug has had these charges dismissed. You want to know why crime is so bad in Lumberton? Look no further than Brandon Lee Locklear.
