Bob was professional, Knowledgeable and courteous. Of course, it helps that he has the real experience from dealing with IRS. I got in touch with Bob early in the process when there's a lot of uncertainties surrounding what I should or should not do when it comes with dealing with IRS. He was able to put me at ease by answering my long list of questions and provided real insights on what I can expect. I am still working through the process, but this is certainly a good start. I will update as we make progress.

Our company received an ESRP (Employer Shared Responsibility Payment) notice with a penalty of nearly 100,000. Mr. Boeshaar came highly recommended to us through our corporate attorney for anything related to the IRS. The penalty was a result of our company incorrectly completing the new 1095-C forms. We were very happy with our representation and were quite relieved when we learned that the assessment were removed and the case closed with no monies owed to the IRS. I would highly recommend Robert Boesharr in any IRS matters.
Mr. Boeshaar is very honest, with integrity attorney. I would recommend his office for tax matters that need a resolution.
