I’ve enjoyed my experience in vanilla spa .The spa is relaxing and is it’s designed beautifully. they had music and candles which set me in the mood.the experience with staff was good I was served coffee and mamoul for free which was nice.I had a 30 min massage the massage room looked very good and was relaxing but the massage itself was not very good.it didn’t make me feel relaxed and it’s by far the worst massage I’ve ever received.the pedicure on the other hand was very good the lady wasn’t quite capable of getting my nails to look the same but she took her time to make them all perfect and finally made them all look the same.I like that she took her Time and wasn’t rushing.the prices of this spa are quite high ,and I feel like we’re paying more for the looks of the store rather than it’s service,but it was a good experience overall .

This is my first time trying vanilla spa. The ambiance is amazing and it was such a calming experience. They are very professional with their work and are not harsh on the nails. I wanted gel nails but unfortunately they did not have any gel they only have shellac. Their shellac colors are VERY limited, we as customers don’t really have many options. They do have ZOYA nails which is apparently a “new arrival” to them. I loved the experience and might come back again just to get a regular nail polish not shellac due to the limited colors.
