I have used Lee at Knights AC for several years. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are prompt, thorough and lower cost than any of the other companies that we used over the past 25 years! I will never used any other AC company. ️️️️️

One month calling to schedule an AC preventive repair and they Never got back to me. Technician that performed the maintenance was great, recommended a valve replacement. Call multiple times to try and schedule this repair and always told me that they will reach back. First time that I have to call 3 times to pay my bill, usually vendors either collect payment on site right after service or you get a call from the office same or next day. They probably have good reviews because of the technicians or they buy the reviews.

I couldnt be more happier with this company. They came out on a Sunday and a investigation on the unit and cleared the drain. Definitely our future. Eric was very clear on his findings and his professionalism was superior. The lady who took my initial call was very sweet & kind and understood my situation and was on point when he would arrive. I had some ongoing issues with the ac company my builder used. They tried to sell me all these different tests. I called Knights air for a second opinion, and they came out and identified the issue and their fix was less than just the tests of the other company. They have come out to my house on follow up visits to make sure its all good. I trust them when they tell me what I need. They arrive on time, and they communicate clearly. I really appreciate a good business. As a realtor, I will be recommending them to my clients too.
