We had a humidifier installed in our home by Dan M. He was punctual and extremely professional. He explained the whole process and when he was finished, he went over everything again. He did a great job at cleaning up afterwards too! I was expecting to have to clean the area after he left, but nope! He went above and beyond and I will use this company again in the future. Also, working with Cassie to set it all up was easy. She responded to my many questions promptly. Great company!

The all around experience was great. I received early notifications and reminders via email and phone of my appointment. Our service technician, Dan, was very polite and respectful of our home, walking on clean floors (he asked first), and all COVID-19 issues including social distancing and wearing a mask at all times. He looked professional, acted professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He was not pushy but informative about the service maintenance deal that they offer. He left us with info about regular maintenance that we believe will be an overall savings. I like that they are local and not too big. I think Air Dynamics Heating & Cooling are going to be our 'go to HVAC' service company.

Paul was very professional and was quick with the repairs to my furnace. He showed me all of what he found that was causing the furnace to not keep up and presented me with multiple options for repair. The fan needed to be serviced at their shop and it was gone and back in less than two hours for this 0 degree weather. My wife and I am extremely happy with this repair and Paul's expertise! We would definitely use Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling's services again!

They were ON TIME, and very ENTHUSIASTIC to be at my home - READY TO TACKLE the job. Polite and courteous as they explained the process and were generous with explanations for any questions I had. My air conditioning went out in a 90 degree week and they came right out and diagnosed the problem. Dan even made some minor repairs to get me through the next couple of days until our new A/C unit could be replaced. I was really happy with his professionalism and knowledge. Then four days later, Paul and Tony came out to do the install of my new unit. They were very careful to protect my floors, the unit was installed (and working great) well above my expectations and then they cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend Air Dynamics to anyone who needs service or replacement of any of the HVAC units.
