I am very happy I chose this storage unit. I have to admit I was reluctant to store my valuables in a storage unit. Everyone of the staff members made me feel at ease. They were very understanding and made sure that I felt comfortable storing my belongings there. They are always friendly with great customer service. Very affordable prices and they will do their best to make sure you don’t over pay for something you don’t need. The manager Tracy just transferred me to another storage space in the same lot. The new space is more compact which makes it more affordable for me. She knew that it would help me to save money, so she called me right away. Tracy gave me the option of moving over to the other space. I gladly accepted the new space because it will save me money and my belongings fit perfectly. I am so grateful that Tracy thought about me and wanted to help me save money. Thank God there are still good people in this world! :)
Awesome customer service. Clean and secure facilities. Staff was very accommodating. Prices are very competitive. What more can you ask for. I would definitely use them again.
Safe, clean and easily accessible. The ladies in the office are phenomenal! Any issues are dealt with immediately with pride and professionalism. I highly recommend using Century Storage!
