We moved to Ripon through the Military. At our last posting I had a very bad car accident. After going to the medical centres and hospitals in kent I was told I was \wasting doctors time and take 2xs ibuprofen/ 2xs paracetamol\ As soon as I arrived in Ripon I signed up to Ripon Spa Surgery straight away. From the moment I stepped foot in the building I felt welcomed and looked after. The doctors are fantastic especially DR Penny. Moving forward I was properly examined and sent for xrays, ultrasounds, MRI scans, physio and steroid injections. I am now waiting for multiple operations because of the crash. All I can really say is thank you for listening when others didnt if it wasn't for this surgery I would still be in pain and none of the wiser. When most people move on they miss their friends etc but for me I will actually miss this doctors the nurses and reception staff So thank you

I could never fault my GP I have always been given the best medical care. They look into everything. Arrange fir the best consultants for my needs. They actually show empathy and compassion and your not just a number. I usually see Dr Penny Mcevoy but have seen Dr Charles Mcevoy and Dr Matt. I would recommend these drs and the practice to anyone. I moved my husband over to this practice a few years back . I wish I'd done it 30 plus years ago. They have been fantastic with my children growning up. Now adults themselves they have been brilliant just of late and they get things sorted with tests etc asap. So if your just new to the area and need to register with a GP or your unhappy with your current practice then look no further.
