I have bought from mane supplies previously with no problem but this time I bought 5 hats on behalf of a charitable riding school and I only got sent one. I can’t get anyone to sort the problem and have tried contacting them in every way I can think of but nothing.

Ordered a pair of boots... never arrived after 10days. When i rang them, they didn't even have them in stock and had no idea my order had existed. Said they were expecting a delivery any day. 3weeks later the boots arrived. After trying the boots on and discovering they weren't the right fit for me i rang them to see if i could return them even though I was a couple of days over the return date. I expected this was fine considering it had taken a month to receive them. Unfortunately the woman on the phone had terrible customer service skills and would not refund me. I'd been very patient while waiting but was absolutely disgusted to find they had such double standards.... or no standards at all. Wouldn't order anything off them ever again.
