First order great delivered next day. Feeling confident I ordered again double the first order on Saturday. As it was the weekend wasn't expecting delivery until Tuesday at the latest. Now Wed. Tried to trace the DPD delivery 'no parcel' despite sending me a delivery date of Tuesday? Sent an email but no response to FPS. Called FPS and was told to call DPD. After explaining that I was in meetings all day and my contract was with FPS not DPD the lady I spoke to said she would try and contact DPD. I understand that FPS have changed delivery companies since my last order. It's disappointing and have to say that unless the items arrive by tomorrow will have no option but cancel my order and go elsewhere. It's pet food so now have to go out and buy from a shop. Please sort your delivery out. I would rather pay more and get guaranteed delivery than pay less and be left without (and my animals). Hopefully this is a teething issue. Got an email to say DPD hadn't picked up and would deliver today (Thursday). Parcel arrived on time. One item only. Half of the order. Label said one of one. Called shop. Got told that items packed separately so would say 1 of 1? After a very frustrating conversation was told another would be sent out for tomorrow? Ridiculous.

Very friendly and helpful. I struggled to lift heavy things so I came into the shop to ask for help and they were more than happy enough to load up my car for me. They Have a great range of animal feed and garden supplies.Will be coming back again.
