Staying at the hostel is not at all worth it. I am saying this from personal experience. I stayed there for 2.5 years, and when I had the leave the hostel due to some emergency, they took advantage of that and kept my money. They have different rules for different tenants, and they don't even care if someone stayed there for such a long time. The owner and management are not good, hardly bothered about the tenants living in the hostel only thing that matters for them is money. Anyone considering living there, please think twice before doing that as you will regret your decision later and in case if you want to know in detail why you should not be staying at that place then contact me. I can provide you all the proofs.

DON'T BOTHER! Despite being an accommodation for students, this place is not worth your time First of all, the building itself hasn't been renovated in years, and the owners don't bother trying to make it cozy for those who live there (3 floors full of tenants ground floor). Walls are metal blocks inserted to separate the rooms, which makes you hear everyone around which is insane. Owners claim that you can't break the contract, which is indeed against the law. Accommodation is far away from TU Delft and no shops nearby. Worst of all, owners recently rejected to make a window in one of the tenant's rooms, who has health problems due to a lack of fresh air.
Old Dutch housing, with nice features. The building is converted in a nice and cosy student housing facility. Close to the TU and public transport. Sometimes it is a little bit messy because of the fact that other students don’t clean up there own mess. But if we do this together it is a nice place to live.
PLEASE BE WARY OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS! most of them are from 'local guides' who I am sure never actually stayed in the building while the one from Joroen van Rooijen is both dishonest and misleading . The building is delapidated and far from cosy as can be seen from the other 1 star reviews. In addition it is not anywhere near the TU. It is a 40 minute cycle away and the public transport only goes as far as the main station. Furthermore, just like Jeroen does here the landlords consistently blamed the students for the state of the building despite them not investing any money in it at all to make it more habitable. DO NOT STAY HERE!
This is an old converted office building. The walls between the rooms are made of plaster - you can hear the bed creak in the room net door. Common areas - especially the kitchens and down stairs area - are dirty. In the contract you will find cleaning services, but these are twice a week and not thorough. It is located in an industrial district, which you cannot tell if you haven't been there. The closest store is 15 minutes by foot. The only service to be found close by is a gym. Getting to TU Delft by bike is 20 to 30 minutes depending on which side of campus you're aiming for, and the only alternative is a tram, which you still have to walk 20 minutes from. If you must rent a room there, make sure to rent one on the side facing the canal, otherwise you get a view of the parking lot. To add to all of this, the contract contains clauses that are illegal, and the landlord has the ability to enter your room at any time. A whole-hearted one star.
Unlike the popular reviews, the place is good for student housing.
good service, and the supermarket is a 10 min walk. super nice room.
I moved to COJO last year on august 2019. I was expecting a nice place according to the photos that are posted on the website. However, things turned out to be completely different from what it looks like. The place is old and dirty, the common areas are dirty and you can notice that no maintenance have been done in a long time.
