Poor management. Staff are very rude when you need their help with something and never bother to leave the onsite office. Try to blame tenants for every single bit of damage despite these faults been made aware to the landlord upon the tenancy starting. We encountered various electrical faults which resulted in a fuse constantly tripping and the landlord was never really bothered by the continuous reports made despite it being the legal responsibility to provide safe electricity. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures, this place should be avoided it isn’t worth being scammed.

Lived at Fairfield in my second year and Portland Tower for my final year. Both properties were amazing and Sunrisestar were fab!
I was at The Albion for 2 years, its was a good location and perfect for our big group.
