Brian and his team managed two remodeling projects at our home over the last two years. First was a complete remodeling of our kitchen. Brian's gift is that he can look at an existing space and envision new possibilities. He ended up recommending we take down a wall to the dining room (which we never used) and expanding the kitchen to twice it's size. It turned out amazingly! Jeff and his crew were always on time and available for questions. The second job was a three season room added on to the back of our house and converting our laundry room/back office into a more functional mud room/laundry room space. The three season room is our favorite space in the house now! We highly recommend Brian and his team, especially if you want a fresh set of eyes on what the possibilities can be with your existing space. Brian thinks through every detail. We highly recommend Brian and his team for any remodeling project you are considering. Excellent!

we recently built a fantastic new home with Rigsby builders and I will say we made the correct choice in a builder. we worked together from the design, layout, room sizes, lot choice, etc. Brian NEVER once made us feel we were asking too many questions or wasting his time. It was obvious to us that his team has done this before and really were experienced in every step. Its been just over a year and we actually keep in touch and have become friends. Great team and should I build another home I would not hesitate to use Rigsby builders again!
We hired Rigsby Builders to build our new construction home which was completed in April 2016. From start to finish, Brian and his team maintained a very high level of professionalism and were ultra-responsive to our questions, concerns, requests, etc. We are very proud of our new home and couldn't have done it without Rigsby Builders. We've built two different homes with Rigsby Builders, one in downtown Frankfort in 2000, and one in south Frankfort in 2011, as well as a commercial building in New Lenox in 2014.
