I enjoyed my overall experience. Tim Gunter runs one hell of business. Staff was friendly & professional & I ran into an old high school classmate that works there. She was above and beyond: knowledgeable, understanding & got me approved for a car I needed. Only downfall was the finance manager thinking I make my living illegally cause I was a young black male car shopping in the middle of the day. He didn’t say it directly, but with some folks you can read em’ and tell. I would highly recommend out-of-towners & locals to buy here. 4 stars!

I trusted \Gunter Ram of Martinsville\ with the update of all maintenance on the 2012 Ram 1500 Sport 4X4 with about 87,000 miles, which I had just purchased. The entire truck was inspected for problems. The transmission, the differential and the brake system were serviced. The oil & filter were changed. New spark plugs were installed. A four wheel alignment was done. And the truck was washed. Now, the truck seems to run better. But best of all, the truck has all maintenance up to date.

These folks are amazing.. keeping me in the loop with what is happening and being very understanding when I ask a million questions. Breaking down on the road isn't easy..but knowing when I got the van back they were gonna take charge and get it fixed made it so much easier. I hope we get to work together again soon (said no one ever to their car mechanic. LOL)

Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. They asked questions about what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend on a vehicle. I test drove a couple of cars and really liked what they were offering. Everyone from the online sales department all the way up to the financial department and the detail department worked really hard to get me into a newer vehicle. I couldn't be happier!!! So if you see ads for Gunter CDJR believe what they are advertising because you won't be disappointed. I am so glad that I checked them out. Thank you to everyone involved for making this happen. I will definitely be buying from Gunter CDJR in the future.
