I don't think it could have gone any better or smoother ! Every step of the way was fantastic, every team member I had interactions with for all the necessary paperwork were extremely nice and helpful. I decided to upgrade my 2 door sport wrangler for a 4 door Willy's wrangler and Dean couldn't get any better than he was ! He walked me through everything and had fun doing it ! He also made sure that I know they don't just sell you the car and you drive away , I am always welcome back anytime and he is my go to guy for any questions in the future ! That made all my anxiety go away that I didn't have to remember everything right there , I will always have Dean a call away ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE , I WILL NEVER GO ELSEWHERE

I had a good experience overall at Richmond Chrysler. Not pushy and were flexible to email, text, phone or talk in person. I dealt with Dennis and he did a great job of talking to all departments to find the best deals they could give me for all aspects of the purchase. Would recommend calling Richmond Chrysler and talking with Dennis if you plan on purchasing a vehicle.
