Good for kids
Did a 12 miles circular walk from postcode DL11 6QG. Along the route there are a series of amazing waterfalls, woodland walks, hills and scenery. Wonderful day out. Expect to come across some muddy terrain and people taking a plunge in the water. Note; the main waterfall (i am standing next to it) is very deep.

Absolutely stunning place. Back to back waterfalls both with deep enough water for you to jump if you wish. We went the wrong way!! Being our first time there lol so here's how you get there.. Park up at rukins. Walk back out the way you drove in and down a foot path directly opposite. When the path splits. Take the right hand path up through a gate. When you get to a clearing by a cliff face there a small path down a drop off to the left follow this down to the falls.. and enjoy
Fantastic place. We were here very early and had the place to ourselves, even cooked breakfast on our camping stove. Cant wait to visit again.
Very beautiful place, however when the weather is nice it gets very busy. People seem to like to litter a lot here to so if your going maybe take a bag to pick some litter up and keep the area even nicer.
Natural swimming pool and waterfall. Very scenic route. No food available and no mobile reception so prepare accordingly.
