I have really enjoyed my experience at Jade downtown. Fabi started off my treatment strong with a couple of sessions to curb some stubborn hair, then Silvana has taken over my treatments since. The machines used at Jade are modern and a lot less painful than some other previous experiences I've had at other businesses. Silvana is taking care of my hair-removal-gone-wrong on sensitive areas, and has treated me like a pro. While it's true it does take time to see improvements with electro, I no longer need to do any upkeep in between appointments, and I am seeing improvements. I started getting treated in October 2020, and we are hoping to have this treated area completed by early Summer 2021. I am now going for treatments every 2.5 to 3 weeks, and I would recommend Silvana to anyone that is looking for a more permanent treatment to hair removal.

Ashley is very competent and professional and I really enjoyed my time with her!! I am so pleased with my results!! Ashley explained the difference between laser and electrolysis. Electrolysis is much preferred as it is a permanent solution to hair removal. As she explained, the laser treatment is only good for possibly a year so electrolysis is much more satisfying! I have highly recommended Ashley and Jade Electrolysis to all my friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful experience Ashley!!!!
