I inquired about if they had any space for a cargo van to be stored there over the winter. They promptly wrote back that they didn't have availability. But they went a huge step forward and had their location call me and refer me to some other options in the area. This was such an impressive quality! Truly showed that they cared. Thank you so much! Reasonably and competitively priced. Clean, well maintained, safe, secure, bright with a good selection of different sizes. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff as well.
Good size storage units for the price, I keep my jet ski's here for 3 years never had a problem. Team is always on site if you need any assistance and going in and out is very easy . All in all a great storage place highly recommended!
Self Stor Storage in Richmond Hill is one of a kind. We are repeat customers and each time we use the service we are met with kind, friendly, supportive staff who always meet our needs. All questions are answered and they really make you feel important. Michael and Lauren whom we have dealt with are the best in customer service. Prices are great, facilities top-notch and always ready to help. We are moving out of the area but will look for another Self-Stor if necessary.
Be careful! Don't trust the store regarding promotion. when I book a storage, I hold a promotion 1 month free if booking 2 months. but, it is changed on my moving date to first three month 50% off if booking 5 months due to covid19 and my reservation is ignored.
