Have been a customer for their monitoring service for over 10 years. In the first 8 years nothing major happened. But the 9th year we had a couple of attempted break-ins, luckily APC gave me a call while I was away from home. They called the police. When RCMP arrived, the burglars were scared away. If it wasn't the quick response by APC, my valuables will be stolen away. I recommend alarm and monitoring service to all my friends. No matter it's APC or other companies, in general, this service is a must for home owners who care about the safety of their loved ones.

Have been a happy customer of APC for over 20 years. After we immigrated to Canada in 1997, we move into a single house that was pretty huge compared to the apartment flat in Hong Kong. But we quickly found that it became too large for us since our two sons went studying in out-of-town universities. The “quietness” of the house attracted burglars. Our home was broken into two times in three months, luckily it happened when nobody was home. Cash, cameras, jewelries and watches were stolen. Then we shopped around and heard from friends that APC is the best in the market. We gave it a try, installed a home security systems with the monitoring option. That is easily the BEST decision I have made. If it wasn’t the quick response from APC’s staff, on two occasions we would have become the victims of home invasion or even more horrifying consequences. THANKS, APC!
Guarding our home for over ten years. Friendly, great service that gives us a peace of mind. Almost had our home broken-into last week and luckily thanks to APC‘s smart doorbell system, we were able to scare the two burglars away while we were vacationing in Asia!! Thanks again. Happy new year!

I had to call the Monitoring Centre and Service line (2 different numbers) a few times yesterday in the evening. The man that answered the phone did not seem to know what to do (ie. Codes for checking zones etc). We changed the battery for a few of our sensors and alarmed everything. Everything was fine for a few hours. We got a call from the same person (another number) because our alarm tripped. When calling back, he was not able to explain why this had happened despite it clearly being a system malfunction. (Being fine for a few hours and then tripping even though our place was safe and alarmed). I was super frustrated when I visited the residence in question and called him back but wasn't able to get any help on this to rectify things. He wasn't able to explain why this had happened despite me explaining that everything was alarmed, nothing was out of ordinary. I have to wait to call for repair on Monday. Not impressed and this is contrary to what you have stated on your website: \we also provide 24 hour repair service on your security system to ensure that your equipment is working properly.\ It is also stated on your website that there is a commitment to fix the issue within 24 hours when there is a system malfunction. Disappointing service and experience. There are countless alarm companies in Greater Vancouver; if you are not providing satisfactory service, your clients may well choose another company who can offer better service.
