Excellent service from initial quote to installation. Courteous, polite and professional. Extremely pleased with the work carried out. Eddie helped me to install the app and made sure I knew how to use it properly before he left, reassuring me that I could call him anytime if I had any questions or problems using it. Exceptional value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We had a problem with our existing alarm, Eddie called out and dealt with the initial problem. He gave us some options with regard to upgrading or renewing the existing alarm, with no pressure and left it with us to decide. Once we decided to upgrade, we made an appointment and he came exactly when he said he would. They carried out the work with no fuss and talked us through all of the instructions for the alarm. We received a really friendly and efficient service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
