Large, well-organized location. Located in the Hub, so there's more shops to visit while you're there. Employees were very friendly. I found everything that I needed quickly, and there were some good sale going on, like always. Some stock was low, but it looked like they were setting up for inventory, so that might explain it. Worth a stop. I'll be back!

Seemingly endless aisles of every kind of craft supplies you could imagine. My girlfriend can get lost in here for the whole day. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I cant get another this place. Since I have to be at home. I have been just doing DIY stuff. Then I come into Michaels' store. They always have a sale. I find something new to DIY every time I go into this store. I made these Christmas lanterns. I bought the lanterns for only2.50. then I made a stand for them. I have seen a same kind of Christmas lanterns for about 100. I made these lanterns for 10.
So 2 of 3 hobby's stores poor service. Generic , unenthused at Michaels tonight. The word robot comes to mind. My poor customer service experiences at Michaels and HORRIBLY INFLATED PRICES have pretty much sworn me away. But hey, with over 1000 locations, why worry about losing one customer?
It was nice. The employees were pleasant and helpful. I wish I had more time. I'll be going back for sure!..
It's a craft store. They sell craft supplies, and as far as I can tell, they do it as well as anyone else. But that's not why I go there most of the time. Here's the pro tip. Michael's crafts has the nicest men's restroom around. The customer ratio is like 10 to 1 female to male, but they clean both restrooms every time. It's always a delightful experience.
I thought the kids working there were quite respectful. The store was well stocked with cheaper "deals" in plain view. If youre not there for their deals , you can expect to pay twice as much on select items. But on the plus side of that, there are tons of things to choose from, so youll find goods within your budget..you just have to have the time to look . On the other hand, i had a friend who decided to tag along. His experience was very different. He said he was being followed throughout the store and was angry and hated being there..understandably.. I was busy and ]l hadnt noticed this...but if i had, this wouldve been different.
