What an absolutely outstanding retailer! Customer service is second to none! Staff knowledge and commitment to customer service is amazing. They called me on New Year’s Day to follow up my missed call the evening before! Having received first class advice from 4 staff, Chris, Gareth, Stephen and David all on New Year’s Day!!! I placed my order for a Sony OLED 65 A8 (I’ll review that later) Yesterday I phoned & emailed Emma to confirm when delivery might be, 10 minutes later, knock at the door, yes it was courier with my TV, 2 days EARLIER than expected, an hour later I received an email from Emma saying she was on it and will get back to me. I also received a call from the store to follow up my missed call!!! In 40 years of being involved in sales in and around the retail arena I have NEVER experienced such commitment from any business. If you’re in the market for audio visual equipment, just visit Richer Sounds website, use the easy to navigate product comparison option and place your order. I know of that shop for years but this was my first purchase from them. My initial questions about the product received a quick and clear reply. They have an unbeatable 6-y guarantee (valid for UK, and all Ireland, including Republic) "at Home" (means they send someone, you don't have to ship it back, that counts in the case of a 35kg TV!) and free delivery whereas local shops would charge an extra for a guarantee extension and at least 20 to deliver within 1 or 2 weeks! It took just 2 days between the confirmation of my order on line and the receiption of it at my door.

You get excellent service and competitive prices with by Richer Sounds. I purchased an LG TV and some wireless headphones from them. I'm based in Munster and delivery arrived from their Belfast store within 3 working day which was great. My headphones had a small manufacturer issue with them. Richer Sounds were very understanding and made it easy to get resolved. Particular shout out to Chris who was very helpful with this. I spoke to a few people in store and I found everyone to be very helpful. From looking at competitors in the market, Richer Sounds provide the best price, best delivery service and warranties (6 years on my TV) I've seen around. I highly recommend them.

Dave and Chris at Richer Sounds know their stuff, gave helpful advice on the phone before I placed my order online (Denon AVR X2700H, Audio Monitor speakers and Cables etc). Service is five star and delivery was in two days). Will be looking for a TV soon and will likely be a customer again with their price match guarantee. I don't usually leave reviews, but felt these guys were worth of my time for a quick review. Very happy customer here.

Having decided to dip back into vinyl after an absence of over 20 years I did a bit of research on line and came up with a turntable/amplifier/speakers that suited. I shopped around both retail and online and after much searching decided that Richer Sounds offered me the best value for money and selection. Difficult enough to buy hi-fi equipment without listening to it but I was lucky enough to receive help from a young man called Aaron who obviously knows what he is talking about. Not only did he advise me thoroughly on all aspects of my new purchases but took the time to answer all my constant questions. I feel that this young man offered great customer service and is a great asset to your company. Because of him and his attitude I would have no hesitation in purchasing again from this company and I would encourage all those who are looking for hi-fi/media equipment to check this company out. I have re-edited my review, there was an issue with my delivery at first which I was not happy with , but the customer service team were helpful in the end. In the end I got Great customer service and the product got delivered, they customer service team were helpful and rang me to update me with the delivery.
