I did everything online and it was quick and easy. I immediately got follow up texts and emails to finalize “contactless” contract signing. I also got a phone call from the site manager to ensure I was set up. He gave me directions to where my unit was and placed a lock in my unit, which he cut the packaging open for me! Great customer service! The entire process was so easy. I had my items in my unit the same day! Plenty of security within the storage compound. Units inside and outside are well kept. Glad I chose them!!

In my experience (which has been for quite a while and i just rented a second unit) the facility is always clean and looks good. Never have i seen/are seen evidence of any insects or vermits (aka roaches or rats). And to top it off, Mike the office Manger, is always professional and pleasant. In addition to working to find the best deal for you. Great location if you need a storage unit.
