Extremely rude on the phone. I called to ask for prices and about access to the storage units. Instead of answering the question, got a nasty tone asking why I am asking if I'm not a customer as if I was doing something wrong. Had to hang up they were so rude. Then they kept calling my mobile back even though I kept hanging up on them! There was no reason to be so rude, all I wanted was a storage unit large enough for a bike. Definitely will be going to a business that shows respect to their customers. Definitely will be avoiding this place and expressing my experience to people. Doesn't even deserve 1 start. Half a star at best.

Staff very helpful always help bring things in which are 2 man lift and even other me a cup of tea! always go that step extra for you. Very happy will recommend to friends
