Restaurant Equipment Club has the best or one of the best prices on commercial appliances. We have a small grocery store and ordered a display freezer from them. The freezer arrived pretty fast, but with damages and troubles with unloading (no lift gate was available, although requested). These issues were not Restaurant Equipment Club's fault (!). We contacted them right away and they did the exceptional job replacing the item as soon as they were able to. Although not everything went smooth with our first order, we will definitely work with them again, because we know that even if anything happens, they will take care of it. Highly recommend!

Just completed our second order with these guys, although damages occurred during delivery/shipping which wasnt their fault. They took care of everything and handled my situation with amazing customer service. Prices were fine and the product is also fine, but the customer service is what brought me back again, they didn’t disappoint! I would recommend dealing with them any day!

In April 2018 I purchased a ThermlRite walk in freezer through Restaurant Equipment Club for approximately 17,000.00 The unit was delivered and upon assembly of the freezer box we found that some of the insulated panels were made incorrectly. That's when the horror story began and to date the problems still have not been corrected, despite replacement panels being sent to us, numerous phone calls to the manufacturer and Restaurant Equip Club (REC) as well as promises to have the problem corrected. The owner of (REC) Ed Langella acknowledged the problem thru pictures that I had to take and sent him, but he never visited or sent a company representative to look at the freezer box. So it has been 10 months, (REC) has been paid in full, I paid for a brand new properly fitting freezer and they have failed to correct the problem. I must say that (REC) was absolutely flawless when it came to them getting paid before the equipment was shipped from the manufacturer. Our Company has been in business for over 123 years and I have be working in the business for 35 years and have purchased millions of dollars in good and services. I can honestly say that the purchase of the walk in freezer has been one of the most troubling, disturbing and total disasters I have ever experienced. Stay away from Restaurant Equipment Club and never purchase any equipment from ThermlRite.
