Had the privilege of staying at one of their properties in Oahu last year. The experience was beyond my expectation. Beautiful house, lovely beach, and amazing customer service. We had to check in very late in the evening and one of their staff was kind enough to answer our calls and coordinate with check in with the caretaker.

I wouldn't use Rental Advisor. When you look a their reviews you will notice that the positive reviews are from employees of the company and not actual guests or homeowners. Devin Moncur owns the company and asks often for employees and their families to leave positive reviews. It's a deceptive practice. Customers beware.
