I have only looked in as it was closed to the public during lockdown so as i was just out and i have to pass by it all the time but people say its good.

Love this gym. Well equipped for such a small place. It's got everything you need and more.
Usually love going here but finding a lot of the equipment is out of order all the time in the gym area. Staff are always nice and helpful.
I use Renfrew leisure centre for the gym which gives you access to all the gyms in Renfrewshire and at a good price for my joint membership. There are two issues I have with the gym in the Renfrew center the first one is a lot of the machines are the same ones that they had when I was a member about 3/4 years ago and they are now dated and worn down and either needing replacing altogether or a good refurbishment. The second is the Renfrew center closes on bank holidays, there has been more than once when I have been at work and thought I would go to the gym but it's closed, the other (bigger) centers are still open. The rest of the center is good and parking is good at Renfrew, it is busy on a Saturday and Sunday mornings with football and other classes on. The main hall is large and can be booked for birthday parties. I have used better gyms but they have normally cost more.
The facilities here appear to be pretty good, both indoor and outdoor. The parking is free and I have never not been able to find a space. I have only ever used the main hall and it is pretty good for both basketball and badminton. It is not expensive and the gym looks pretty well equipped.
First class staff are very helpful all in it look forward for my visits
