I have enjoyed living at ReNew on York since moving in on August 1st, 2020. I have enjoyed my experience so far is the overall amenities provided at a reasonable cost. Each unit has a balcony, dishwasher, and thick walls that block out most sounds. On top of the in-unit benefits, we also have a massive parking lot that is monitored by towing service - which prevents people who don't belong here at night from being on the premises. There is also a variety of walking trails, big laundry rooms with 15 dryer/washers each, pools, & a fitness center.

The maintenance staff is AMAZING since the day I moved in years ago. They go above and beyond to help and ensure we are living in apartments that are kept in tip top shape. GREAT job! Thank you for taking such good care of me/us.

At least one building has mold in the walls coming from the exterior, the balcony doors freeze over upstairs and cause flooding, the locks dont work and strange random people can wander around without issue because the downstairs doors are busted half the time. My family decided to move out but they wont break our lease so we may have to sue them for an injury lawsuit as the kids have asthma (the mold) and weve noticed a deterioration in everyone's health. I've had stuff stolen from inside my home and i heard someone come in my home AT 3AM!!! because the locks are faulty and can be tricked open The gym has maybe one working treadmill and no working bikes (lifting equipment seems to be the only thing that works sometimes) the landscape is always covered in duck poop. The library next to the gym cant be accessed and dont be fooled there are no tennis courts or anything but stagnant pond water that stinks and more empty land I never see kids play outside and for good reason
