Serves the intended purpose but I feel their customer service requires improvement

Last time we parked there, the car came back with damage on the rear bumper, and the company refused to accept their fault and advised 'next time inspect the car before you drive off'. They also didn't bother to check CCTV or talk to the person who drove our car to see if anything happened.
