Parked my car here for a 3 day trip. I was able to book a reservation on line. Parking was straight forward, and the shuttle to/from the Sky Harbor airport was quick. I'll use this parking lot again. Oh by the way, the price was very reasonable compared to other lots.

Good parking lot with awesome customer service. I forgot my wallet in parking lot and just realized after the shuttle dropped off me at airport. I called them back and the front desk helped me with a pick up and drop off from and to airport again. Thanks again to Sundance Airport Parking.
Best rates in town, hands down! Now, if you have early morning travel, and the shuttle doesn't come, and you have to keep pushing the button to speak with someone, all they say is: the shuttle should be coming shortly, in which, the 6 of us waited 45 min for a shuttle. It's almost better to fork up the money, to get better shuttle service.
Parking here made our trip way more stressful. When we landed and called for a shuttle, the woman on the phone told us to wait in the wrong spot. Then we realized that the shuttle says “Sky Harbor Parking”, which is not written anywhere on the parking ticket, so we were looking for the “Sundance Airport Parking” shuttle. There is also a fee for the shuttle despite the sign indicating that the shuttle is free. All told, not worth it to save a few bucks.
