This is is only shop you want to take your car. Why? Customer service! Many issues will hold up the repair of your vehicle, and though Rembrandt can't mitigate all issues, they work harder than anyone to make sure you are satisfied. My car had damage to the front bumper. It is a seemingly simple repair; however, the repair shop juggled the insurance company, independent adjuster and parts suppliers to get the job done. Rembrandt missed the estimated completion date, but they were in constant contact with me. Details were communicated in a timely manner. Steve Lee has a 5 star rating, not because he completed the car in the blink of an eye (like I wished), but because I never once felt neglected. Really great customer service is very rare. We have all experienced the feeling of businesses not caring for their clients/ customers. Steve Lee, and his crew at Rembrandt, always cares!

Wow. We all have to deal with car repairs at some point in our lifes. I can honestly say, this was the best experience I have ever had getting my car repaired. Everyone is super friendly, they have a one stop shop. Insurance agent and car rental on site. My car was done before expected, and the workmanship was just beautiful.

A very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable team greeted me since my arrival. They are a Geico Express member which facilitated communication with all aspects including car rental, claims agent and repair details. Their friendly demeanor is welcomed after an accident. This experience has changed my view of the insurance process. It look longer than estimated but the work looked really good. Will re-rate if the bumper comes off. Cheers!

We do not recommend. Kept our vehicles over two weeks LONGER than we were told and didn't even touch what we brought them in for. We racked up several hundred dollars in rentals, Uber & Lyft and they were completely unapologetic. There's been a change of employees (the main culprit of our dissatisfaction), so maybe things will improve. But, why take the chance?

This has been the best experience ever with a body shop. All the employees were very understanding and professional.They even washed and cleaned the inside and outside of my car. When the work was finished, they delivered my car to my home. I highly recommend them.

Quick service and were very kind. My car got towed their since I have Geico and they recommended it. Victor was easy to work with and was very professional and curtious about the whole situation. Unfortunately my car was totaled so there wasn't much to be done about fixing it, but I brought it in on Wednesday and had my check by Friday.
