My experience with Relocators, and more specifically with Kamran Hussain, has been highly positive. When I first came to London, Kamran helped me locate and secure a tenancy at a flat for good value at a very strategic location close to everything that East London / Shoreditch has to offer and more importantly, moments away from the office. Throughout the tenancy, Kamran has been responsive and helpful, and very reasonable, practical and accommodating with queries and requests. Pleasure to deal with. Would recommend.

With my partner, we had recently recourse to the services of Relocators UK to rent an appartment as tenants. I experienced my fair share of flat renting over the last few years in different countries ( France, Belgium, China) and the process we went through with Relocators was by far the smoothest and most efficient. They managed to cope well with the current situation, still being able to provide quality prestations using appropriate tools, from the setting up of a visio visit to a fully automated a digitalized references checking process. We have been dealing with Ali during the whole process and we could not recommend him more as he showed a true sense of professionalism, a strong reactivity, was available to answer the questions we had along the way and always keen on finding solutions to accomodate us when necessary. We also wish to highlight that with Relocators UK, the relationship does not deteriorate in any way once the tenancy agreement is signed and we have been provided with continuous quality interactions ever since we moved in. To sum it up, Relocators has been able to alleviate the mental load that finding the right appartment often tends to be, making it a truly enjoyable experience and allowing us to rapidly be able to focus on all the other aspects such a change generates.

Rented a flat for 5 years. I never missed my rent but when I gave my notice in Feb 2020 for 6 weeks, the Agent Ali became, rude and has used Racists terms \ that is why I don't give house to Asians\ although he himself is an Asian. When ever I have asked him to get repairs, he never picks up the phone or co operates. I still have got all messages sent to him for 5 years. Arrogant guy.

Rude and absolutely no people skills. haha! To expand on your comments below. The house was covered in mold and the wallpaper was pealing off. The current tenants were wonderful and yes they kindly answered my questions on bills and council tax. I think what you are confusion for abruptness was actually polite conversation and PEOPLE SKILLS. Get Some. Your Good Luck must have worked as we have now secured a new wonderful home. Cheers!

I was recommended to use Kamran after having a bad experience with another company and I am glad I was! He is a very professional and extremely knowledgeable individual. He was confident in what he advised and is head and shoulders above any other estate agent I have dealt with. I highly recommend him.
