From my first contact with Brandt Schroeder till I drove my new RX350 from the dealership, I have been nothing but impressed with him and Reinhardt Lexus. NEVER have I had a car purchase go so smoothly or painlessly. I felt neither pressured nor ignored; they were genuinely interested in making this a pleasurable experience--and it was! Brandt even worked around my technological weakness with patience. My only regret is not dealing with them sooner!

I can’t believe how they treat me. It’s awesome! Friendly environment lovely people. They said 3 hours for servicing time. And they provide free ride for drop off and pick me up at the same time. But they call me within 2 hours for pick me up and said sorry because they took long time because it’s a first time service for my car.Thanks to Brook & Jeff. Although I have to drive 85 miles each way to get there it's worth the drive. The service folks are professional and always on time. Nice comfortable waiting area. Service drive is dry and lighted for arrival and departure.
