Reifenwechsel mit Termin hat tadellos geklappt. Wurde freundlich bedient. Anderer Kunde wollte zum 2. Mal die Räder - incl. Felgen - umbestellen, nachdem schon ein 1. Satz rumlag... das so was nicht auf Gegenliebe trifft ist verständlich. Der Kunde wurde trotz allem freundlich darauf hingewiesen das ihm nichts mehr verkauft wird - das ist aus meiner Sicht das gute Recht jedes Gewerbetreibenden.
