The staff person who helped me to get a new pair of walking shoes knew her stuff! Checked how I walk, based on size info brought me 3 pair to try on. I went home with a pair that were so comfy they almost felt like slippers. When I wore them to walk to work today, my feet were very happy. Thank you!

One would think that by going to the Running Room, you'd get great service. I mean, there has to be some reason the runners cost 50 more than anywhere else. If you are above the age of 60, don't bother going there. The treatment my mother received the other day by two of the most obnoxious female workers was unbelievable . No support to help put the runners on, they don't measure your foot, they berate you. In the end, she was able to find something that fit and proceeded to purchase them elsewhere for less than half the price!
I had a great experience with the running room team! Not only were they covid safe, but quick and patient. They provided me with the best shoe for work and I can't thank them enough!
I went to the Running Room looking for a particular brand of high end shoes. The clerk who helped me was clipped, unpersonable and did not respond to my specific needs of my foot after I explained that I had just had foot surgery. When I paid for the socks I had to purchase to try on shoes, I told her that I had been disappointed in the service. She did not respond to me. I asked her of this was okay with her and she snapped back that I had not answered her questions. I would have....if she'd asked any. I will not return. I will order online directly from the shoe company.
Great experience. I had issues with toe injuries in the past and needed advices to get the right shoe for me. The lady that were there was very nice and took time to help me find the right shoe for what I do. Thanks again for your patience !
Had an issue with a pair of running shoes and they were able to sort it out with a replacement pair within 24-hours. Very impressed with the professional service provided.
