Not impressed with their returns policy. I went hoping to return a wetsuit which no way was going to fit and never attempted to try on. I was told that nothing like that can be returned , I have to send back through the internet at my cost.
Will never use them again , Customer service is non existent - paid for click and collect and should get a 5 voucher - in store refused to give me it as they said it no longer exists need to spend over 100 when i purchased this online its was still valid ! - No help vial mail , telephone Facebook - AVOID
Although I hate Mike astly for the sacking of all staff during covid the staff and lay out at Workington are perfect
