my point is they need to close this store. I worked at this company 7years ago when I was a student, I believe know this brand very well. I know the reason why owner's open few location because they really care about the quality for everything, food, service..... I order the food at rush hour, I found out when they made the fries, they didn't shake it and cook enough time base on my experience. I did not point out first time, because I know it is rush time, I know few people waiting behind me and they are starving. I got the fries, it is crispy, while, at lease it is fresh made! but, it is not soft inside, cooking fries is a simple way as long as u follow the company rules, do exactly what company told u to, no matter when! I only eat the burger, and I told them make the new fries, the manager barely understand what I told to him, he only say sorry more than 5 times, I believe he cant speak English very well, and he didn't get my point, so I show him how fries hard like a stone, but he thought I said too salty, we both wear masks because of covid. the manager made the fries again but not that salty compare with first time. I was laughing and gave up, he didn't get my point. I mean his attitude is right, he keep saying sorry!!! the second time made even worse!!! last time my friend told me five guys fries was not good, I was argue with him because I believe it is something wrong with the guy who cooked. Poor Management, Poor training, Five guys fries were fresh cut everyday, not frozen fries order from food factory, they wont service the fries if it is place for a long time, and they shake the fries. All the employee have to follow the company rules, not made things in their mind, because most people will say something wrong with company not something wrong with workers. just like they will say five guys fries wasn't good and hardly to believe problems came from the worker.
