After many years of being located on Albert Street they moved to this new location. I found it a little tricky to locate the new location as it is at the backside of a strip mall type complex. I switched my alarm monitoring to Elite/ Sasktel from another alarm company and was able to get it accomplished without to much difficulty.

Great company. Very friendly and helpful. Security system works great. Salesperson wasn't pushy and walked me through the design and options. The technician did a great job and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!
Professional and very caring
I dealt with 3 individuals. The person booking appointments was hard to get a hold of and when I finally did it seemed as though I was bothering him. The first technician that came over did not seem to care or want to do anything which showed in his work as wires were cut and left hanging from the roof in the basement. The second technician was pleasant and did a good job. Overall it was not a great experience.
Not happy with this company at all, complained about the doorbell camera sincere the first week of service. Everyone kept saying that they would take care of the problems that I was having which never happened it has now been two months and of course it has passed the 30 day trial period to cancel the contract, or was it 10 days they kept changing the date. No one seems to care about that I'm not happy with the service. I had someone try to break in to my house and the system didn't even pick it up. Most of the time it doesn't even connect to the app that I pay for. There is a camera that was installed (in the package that you have to get) that is not monitored by anyone, what good is it??? I'm writing this review so that no one else was ever get screwed over by this company...
