If I could give a negative star, it would be warranted. The customer service received by this place was so incredibly awful. A friend of mine rented a storage space from here. When she could no longer afford the space she opted for a new space that was smaller and cheaper. She went down to the office where she was verbally harassed and shoved out within the day because she wanted out of the space. They gave her less than 24 hours notice to remove her stuff, even though she asked for two days to move it. They were verbally abusive to her and then had the audacity to threaten to call the police on her when all she wanted to do was move out of her space and start at a new one. I will never recommend this space as a result, and if anyone asks me where to rent from, I will only tell them to rent from here if they want to become a human punching bag.
I really appreciate the very helpful and cooperative storage solution expert Girlie. She is amazing and knowledgeable. Working with her makes me feel that she portraits the best of Access Storage and shows the best interest of her customer. Way to go, Girlie!

Nice Facility with great Service and customer service.... Highly recommend
They refuse cash payment during covid. Also over priced imo. No refunds for partial month use. Many rules they make that favor them. Also states online they have a truck to help move but that location doesn't.
