I cannot say enough about how amazing the experience of buying my doors from them was. I had researched every vendor in the Austin area and they were by far the most competitive bid and could turn it around faster than anyone else. I had these custom designed and installed with 5 weeks and spent thousands less. Their customer service was exceptional. I would get replies to all my questions within minutes, not days. They went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with the product through installation. They are gorgeous quality doors. We loved them so much we are going to have our master bedroom door and bathroom door done as well. can't recommend them highly enough.

We purchased new doors for our office and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the results. I'm the person that leaves everyone reviews, whether I am happy and especially if I am disappointed. Paola and the Regency team was very responsive to our 1000 calls, there to answer all our questions and uncertainties. The process is simple, call, measure, quote, CAD, Manufacture, and delivery. Really... that was exactly how it went. AND THE DOOR WAS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!
The end result is absolutely beautiful. We put Paola through many design iterations and each time a new cad file would be developed. Paola was a great help in pointing out details showing how our choices would affect hardware placement and over all balanced look. The installation crew was careful and quick. Would have liked more careful site clean up after install. Overall we are thrilled with the look of the doors and the quality of the installation
Regency Steel Doors and Windows did a fabulous job on the 4 steel windows they installed in our home, and Paola made the experience a very pleasurable one. The new windows changed the whole appearance and feel of our home- It went from nice to stunning, and that was due to Paola’s exceptional eye for design and function. Paola was also able to work with our desire for thicker panels of glass for noise reduction, and answered my MANY questions quickly and patiently. She is a joy to work with!. The windows are excellent quality- and Paola and the installers made installation painless. The price was very reasonable, in fact it was the lowest of the three estimates. We can’t say enough about Regency, and actually referred them to a friend who loved our windows. Now she has a beautiful new door!
