We have recently moved to the area and so this was our first visit to Redstone. What a great experience it was. The car was in for a service and the process was handled by James who also carried out the service. He was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and really took the time to explain what he had done in relation to the service when we collected the car. He also followed-up next day with a call to book the car in for a minor recall, as he had promised to do. James is a terrific asset to your company..

What a life saver. They have serviced my STI Type UK from they moment they opened up. They now have my VW transporter and my wife's XC60 on their books. They are trustworthy, methodical and knowledgeable. Their workshop is spotless...that tells you everything about how they approach their work.

A great and friendly service provided by Redstone from the first phone call to collecting my car after its mot. I was updated by the video message and it was fully explained what work needed doing. Ian made a point of approaching me when I came to collect my car to show me the wear on my old break pads and to top it all off, they washed the car too. It's the small details that will definately make me return and I would recommend Redstone to anyone.
