Absolutely A service from Ben and Ruth who helped me secure my first business premises! As many business owners would know the stresses of securing the right first property to launch your new business idea, its very difficult especially for the motor vehicle sector as many land lords refuse. But no Ben and Ruth done such an amazing job not giving up doing all they can to help and take some of the weight of my shoulders securing me my first lease agreement. It will be a memory of a lifetime and will never forgot what the them at John Truslove have achieved for me. Thank you!!

We have a small family business and were looking for a commercial property due to expansion and our current premises not being water tight!! We found a suitable property advertised by this company that was within budget and ideally situated. We contacted the John Truslove agency and went for a viewing. That afternoon we expressed how keen we were to secure the property and sent through the necessary papers as required. We were informed by Ian who dealt with us that he would send this through to the landlord and depending upon how quickly he came back we could potentially be in the property the following week. This is where contact stopped. For the next 4 days we tried to contact Ian who avoided our calls as he was either 'on the phone' or 'out conducting viewings'. We asked for a call back and this did not happen. Eventually having now become extremely frustrated and annoyed a lady from another department who 'knew nothing about the circumstances' rang us back and told us it had been let to someone else. Had I simply been told this on day 1 rather than led a merry dance by Ian that would have been fine. If I dealt with my customers in such an un-professional and rude manner I would have no customers left. Appalling service!
Awful and unprofessional service, avoided calls and messed us around for 6 weeks - If you value your time avoid at all costs
Excellent service from Ben and the staff at Truslove throughout multiple dealings which we've had. Would highly recommend them to any new or existing business.
I have dealt with Ian for over 20 years on multiple properties and always been pleased with the level of service and practical way he has dealt with everything.
