Great place, super clean. Tina was very helpful, if it wasn't for her fabulous sales skills I probably would have went elsewhere. Super glad I did not!

Great experience storing my extra stuff here. Very clean facility! High level of security. Friendly staff. They let me borrow their moving truck to get my stuff into the storage unit. I was able to securely store my boat there for the Winter (and will do again next Winter). By far the nicest storage facility in Redding, California.

I had an outstanding experience with Avalon storage, and it's manager, Tina. I went there thinking I needed a certain size storage unit, which was not available, Bettina took the time to explain to me how I could meet my storage needs with other size units that were available. Tina really help me pull my chestnuts out of the fire, and I'm very appreciative of her and Avalon storage

Very Friendly, clean facility! I love how the main gate is designed for opening and closing! Much easier and more convenient! Up and down North to south instead of back and forward east to west
