Ross Scali from Ascot Settlements was fantastic. It was a real pleasure working with him. He ensured confidence and support during the settlement period. He went above and beyond – our settlement started the Thursday prior to Good Friday, which is a 5-day weekend. He was available and kept us in the loop over the holiday break. He ensured that if we had a query that we could contact any time, which was excellent. During the final paperwork, before we got stuck into it, he clearly explained all the documentation and most importantly - to take our time. His explanations were clear and thorough. We knew what we were signing and why. This can be time consuming, but Ross was patient and helpful. I was a smooth settlement and we are grateful for is advice and support.
