Came to Red River after visiting Woody Ford, where after 15 minutes, we still weren't even acknowledged. Before we could even get out of the car, we were pleasantly greeted and not in a pushy way. Not only one person, but 3 came out and spoke. Customer service was top not and was definitely appreciated!

I've been a customer of Red River Ford for several years, their staff Sales, Service, Parts Department are knowledgeable, always courteous and friendly. I go to them for oil changes and service because I know they will do a quality, use Ford Parts and have me back on the road as soon as they can. When buying a vehicle I think of them first, Ronnie shows me just what I want to see, no pressure or rush and I go away feeling like I've been treated more like a friend or family than just another customer.

It was super easy to purchase a car at Red River Ford Lincoln. I purchased via the phone with Ronnie. He is a super good guy and went above and beyond to take pictures of the car for me. He answered all my questions about the car and was super helpful. All the people I met at Red River Ford were great. I would give them my highest recommendation!!!!

I have a new 2019 Ford F-150 pickup with less than 36k miles. No i didn't buy it here however the rear cap off of the factory running rail came off. I went into this place once again trying to do business. The 23.00 part is covered under warranty. Both the old woman and young kid in the service department never even got out of thier chair to look at it. Immediately they said it was an aftermarket running rail and it wasn't covered. It was an original factory runningrail. I called Ford to confirm, bedsides, I have an extended warranty so its covered no matter what. I never write bad reviews but my point is this i just can't believe you'd throw away a sale on a new truck over a 23.00 part that won't cost you a penny. I had a business for 12 years. I got rid of cancers like this that just want a paycheck.
