we've been living here only a month and we are seriously regretting it. they told us they were going to fix our tub and didn't. our dryer pumps hot air in our apartment and we are unable to do laundry. we have been unable to do our laundry or bath our daughter here in a MONTH. the blinds don't shut properly and we don't have privacy in our bedroom. we are seriously upset we have to live like this.

The owner has his license suspended. He completely mismanaged my property. His business practices are unethical.
Got to love a management company that has tons of tradesmen and vendors unpaid. Watch out they have been fined numerous times and tend to use there companies owned by owner. No 3 estimates here. Huge huge invoices for subpar work watch out if your property managed by these guys....
We got along great with Anna from Manor Management! She was always very friendly. If we ever needed anything repaired they were quick to send someone out. They accidentally charged us for a steam cleaning that we already had done when we moved out but with a quick phone call they took it off our bill. They also never bothered us with walk throughs or check ins the whole time we lived there which was nice.
Lived in one of their properties for 6 years. Never had any problems. They fixed anything that I asked them to get fixed.
