They've literally saved us thousands of dollars in taxes. We are so pleased with the service, with one small exception in that sometimes they're a bit slow in responding. That said, they are phenomenal during tax season and and I do NOT envy anyone working in a service industry during COVID, so I am grateful for all they do for us!

Incorrect taxes done . Won’t answer your phone calls or emails . When booking an appointment cancels 5 mins before the appointment . No support talks so fast you have no chance to speak . And then “ late “ for another meeting before you can question them . CRA down your throat due to there incompetence!
Filings done incorrectly with CRA. No support after getting assessments from CRA. Won’t return phone calls or emaisl. Very disappointing service for me.
